Gift Cards can be issued for any value between $10.00 and $1000.00. Purchased gift cards never expire. Once you complete your order, both you and the recipient will be emailed a downloadable/ printable certificate that can be used as payment for both in-person and online bookings.

Each gift certificate has a unique code to use for redemption. Gift certificates are redeemable by anyone who has access to the gift certificate code, so the purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping the gift certificate code secure.
When a gift certificate is redeemed for less than its full value, it is automatically updated for the balance, which can be used for another item or at a later date. It cannot be refunded, even if it is lost or stolen.
Gift certificates are not a booking or ticket. The recipient must make a booking for their desired items, and use the certificate as a payment method for that booking. The Terms and Conditions for the desired item (cancellation, no show, weather, etc.) apply to all bookings. These are viewable on our FAQ pages and must be accepted on the booking confirmation check-out page.
